Refund Occurs when:

- Item is returned within 7 days of purchase at buyers expense

- If item is damaged upon receiving (with photograph or video evidence) within 5 days of postage

- Item is damaged from the buyer after 7 days of purchase

- Customer changes their mind on wanting the product

- After purchase of 7 days
